This year, two facilities that play a large role on Ouachita’s campus are celebrating milestone anniversaries. Verser Theatre is celebrating its 50th year on Ouachita’s campus and houses Ouachita’s theatre program and many of Ouachita’s student productions. Jones Performing Arts Center is celebrating its 25th anniversary and is another building that has a huge role in every Ouachitonian’s college career.

Ouachita Enactus team named regional champions, advances to national competition

Ouachita Baptist University’s Enactus team was named Regional Champion its annual regional competition in Dallas, Texas. The team will move on to compete at the Enactus National Exposition in Kansas City, Mo., May 20-22.

Ouachita Baptist University’s Elrod Center for Family and Community will host Tiger Serve Day on April 7. The semi-annual event is held every spring and fall semester and allows Ouachita students, faculty and staff to volunteer together to serve the surrounding community.
